Our online store has been operating continuously since 2004. Meanwhile, the traditional store has been on the market since 1998. During this time, we have processed over 45 thousand orders placed through the websites and by phone.

The procedures we use allow us to enjoy the full trust of our customers.
All goods are new and 100% original. Before shipping, we check their condition in terms of quality and completeness of equipment. We are not a store where only the mass quantity of sold goods matters. Above all, we are interested in quality while maintaining competitive prices.

All products shipped are securely packaged. A separate, external, rigid cardboard box is sealed with our reliable, branded security tape. This way, there is no chance that an unauthorized person could discreetly access the inside of the package during transport.

If it turns out that the ordered goods do not meet your expectations, you can always return them to us within 30 days of receiving them (the goods must be unused). We will refund the paid amount.

The protocol we use for data transmission security on the internet is the SSL protocol. It is a type of security that involves encrypting data before sending it from the client's browser and decrypting it after securely reaching the store's server. The information sent from the server to the client is also encrypted and decrypted upon reaching its destination.

RapidSSL is an SSL certificate with encryption strength of up to 128/256-bit, correctly recognized by most commonly used web browsers today. With its relatively low price, RapidSSL is an ideal solution for protecting websites handling transactions of low and medium value. It works great for all kinds of forms or registration processes as well.

SSL encrypts, authenticates, and ensures message integrity. When connecting to a secure (using SSL protocol) website, encrypting keys are established, which are then used to transmit data between the client's browser on the computer and the store's server. Both key negotiation and transmission are very difficult to break.

SSL uses identity certificates to verify server and user permissions. The certificate for our store www.protenis.com.pl was issued by Equifax Secure CA through Home.pl.

After connecting to a secure website, the user is informed about it.

1. In Internet Explorer, a padlock is displayed on the right side of the status bar. By clicking on it, we can see the authenticity certificate (digital signature) of the respective page.
2. In Firefox and Opera browsers, the padlock appears on the navigation bar. By clicking on it, we can view the authenticity certificate of the respective page.
