RACKET MATCHING SERVICE
If you want to match (balance) your rackets, you can order this service on our website.
Step 1: add this item to your cart and proceed to checkout.
Step 2: after placing your order, our staff will contact you to arrange an approximate pickup time for your rackets.
Step 3: before the courier picks up the equipment, remember to pack the rackets in a box and preferably also in protective bubble wrap.
Step 4: upon receiving the shipment, a specialized machine will measure the parameters of your rackets, which we will then match to be completely identical.
Step 5: we will then email you information regarding the properties of your rackets and the work done.
Step 6: final stage; we will ship the rackets to the specified address at our expense.
You can pay for the service in advance or upon receiving the package.
We only match rackets of the same brand and model. For a 100% perfect match, the rackets should not be strung. We accept rackets with strings, without strings, or with broken strings. The customer is informed in case string removal is necessary (no additional costs are incurred for this), as well as in case of discrepancies in the model of the rackets.
