RACKET MATCHING SERVICE
If you want to match (balance) your rackets, you can order this service on our website.
Step 1: Add this item to your cart and proceed to order.
Step 2: After placing the order, our staff will contact you to arrange an approximate time for picking up your rackets.
Step 3: Before the courier picks up the equipment, remember to pack the rackets in a box and preferably additionally in protective bubble wrap.
Step 4: Upon receiving the package, a specialized machine will measure the parameters of your rackets, which we will adjust to be completely identical.
Step 5: Then we will send you an email with information about the properties of your rackets and the work done.
Step 6: The final stage; we will ship the rackets to the address provided at our expense.
You can pay for the service in advance or upon receiving the package.
We only match rackets belonging to the same brand and model. For a 100% perfect match, the rackets should not be strung. We accept rackets with strings, without strings, or with broken strings. The customer is informed in case string removal is necessary (no additional cost), as well as in case of any model discrepancies found in the rackets.
