STEP 1: CUSTOMIZING 1 RACQUET
If you want to personalize your racquet or a racquet purchased in our store, you can order this service on our website.
Step 1: Add this item to your cart and proceed to checkout.
Step 2: After placing the order, our staff will contact you to determine the approximate pickup time for your racquet.
Step 3: Before the courier picks up the equipment, remember to pack the racquet in a box and preferably, additionally in protective bubble wrap.
Step 4: Upon receiving the package, a specialized machine will measure the parameters of your racquet.
Step 5: Subsequently, we will send an email with information regarding the racquet's properties and the work done.
Step 6: The final stage; shipping the racquet at our expense to the specified address.
You can pay for the service in advance or upon parcel delivery.
For the personalization to be 100% perfect, the racquet should not be strung. We accept racquets with strings, without strings, or with broken strings. The customer is informed in case string removal is necessary (no additional costs are incurred for this reason).
