Withdrawal form

The returned product/products should be sent or delivered in person to the following address:

What should be included in the package with the returned goods:

• the returned products
• filled-out withdrawal form, download the form

The returned product should be:

• unused,
• clean and complete,
• equipped with original tags and protections, e.g., protective films on tennis racket handles.

If the above points are not met, the store reserves the right to return the assortment at the Customer's expense.

Additional notes:

• In the case of partial returns, delivery costs will not be refunded.
• The goods should be packaged in a way that prevents damage during transport. If possible, please pack the products in the original box.
• A parcel returned at the store's expense or cash on delivery will not be accepted.

There is an option to return or exchange items in person at the store's headquarters, located at:
PROTENIS, ul. Stefana Starzyńskiego 70, 05-090 Dawidy Bankowe.

Attention: the store will not accept the return of strings in rolls if it turns out that the string has been cut (please consider your string roll purchases carefully).
